Rebel Wilson has shed 30kg during her “year of health”.

This week, the actress showed off her incredible figure as she hung out with Mrs. Canada Globe, Lorelei Higgins.

The 40-year-old star wore skin-tight leggings with a black blouse, displaying her slimmed down figure.

The pair appeared to be hanging out at Wilson’s LA home.

Rebel posted various photos and videos on Instagram of the two spending time together, with the actress at one stage wearing Lorelei’s sash and crown.

“Mrs Canada and I bringing the heat,” Rebel captioned a photo of the pair hanging near the outdoor fire pit.

Rebel also posted a photo posing with a cookie and an incredibly healthy salad.

Research from the Center for Weight, Eating and Lifestyle Science (WELL Center) in the College of Arts and Sciences at Drexel University suggests that health counselors having access to self-monitored health data would improve a person’s weight loss maintenance.

Researchers studied 87 adult participants in a 12-month weight loss program. For the entire study participants were asked to complete three self-monitoring activities daily—wear a Fitbit fitness tracker, weigh themselves on a wireless scale and log their food intake in a smartphone app.

All participants started with a weekly group session to learn behavioral skills during the first three months of the study. After the third month, the group sessions ended. From that point through the end of the study—known as the maintenance phase—each participant received
